Beginner’s OpenFlow/SDN tutorial using OpenDayLight controller

The June 11th tutorial will start with a brief introduction to OpenFlow/SDN, and then follow-up with a hands-on tutorial on the OpenDayLight OpenFlow controller. The tutorial will be similar to that conducted on April 30 and June 4. For the hands-on part of the session we’ll be referring to the following link: http://www.openflow.org/wk/index.php/OpenFlow_Tutorial.

This event will be hosted at the DT office (295 N. Bernardo Ave., STE 200, Mountain View, CA, 94043) from 6:00pm-8:00pm. The total capacity limit is 30. This is free series of tutorials sponsored by Deutsche Telekom Inc. NOTE: Please do not sign up for the event if you have already attended a beginner tutorial, so that you leave room for true beginners.

Please ensure that you RSVP for only one Beginner’s Tutorial – either the event on June 4th or the event on June 11th.

Requirements

Please bring a laptop capable of running Virtual Machines (VM). We will provide a copy of the VM onsite.
